Ingredients β€’ 1 cup khoya
β€’ 2 tbsp flour
β€’ ΒΌ tsp baking powder
β€’ 2–3 tbsp milk
β€’ 2 cups sugar
β€’ 2 cups water
β€’ Cardamom, rose water
β€’ Oil/ghee for frying
Instructions 1. Knead khoya with flour and milk.
2. Shape into balls.
3. Fry until golden.
4. Make sugar syrup with cardamom & rose water.
5. Soak jamuns in syrup.
6. Serve warm or chilled.
